Jamie Reynolds — Executive Director

Jamie Reynolds serves as Executive Director of the Bivocational & Small Church Leadership Network, where he leads the Network's mission of serving, encouraging, equipping, and advocating for bivocational pastors and pastors of smaller membership churches.

With more than 22 years of ministry experience, including service as a NAMB Mission Service Corps missionary, bivocational DOM/AMS, bivocational pastor, and mentor to pastors, Jamie understands firsthand the opportunities and challenges of balancing ministry, family, and the workplace.

Jamie is passionate about helping pastors thrive through biblical encouragement, practical resources, meaningful relationships, and faithful advocacy. He and his wife, Rachael, have been married for more than 36 years and are grateful for their adult children and son-in-law who are serving the Lord, and their wonderful grandchildren. Together, they are committed to serving for the good of pastors, for the health of the Church, and for the glory of God.

Ashley Shirley – Operations Manager

Ashley has served as our Operations Manager since 2021. Her role includes website development and management, overseeing the logistics of our online cohorts, handles much of our communication, and she also serves as our treasurer and oversees our finances. She loves working behind the scenes to keep our network functioning and “all systems on go”. She has been happily married to Mike Shirley since 1997, they make their home in west Tennessee, and have been blessed with two children. She enjoys gardening, knitting, and spending time with her family.
