Invite BSCLN to Encourage Your Pastors

One of the greatest privileges of the Bivocational & Small Church Leadership Network is meeting and getting to know the pastors God has called us to serve.

If your association, state convention, church, or ministry organization is planning an event for bivocational pastors or pastors of smaller membership churches, we would be honored to partner with you. 

Whether it's an annual meeting, pastors' retreat, workshop, conference, fellowship, or other gathering, our goal is simple: to encourage pastors, introduce them to practical resources, strengthen relationships, and remind them they are not serving alone.

How BSCLN Can Serve Your Event

Depending on your event, BSCLN may be able to:

  • Provide a keynote or workshop speaker

  • Preach in worship services

  • Lead breakout sessions or panel discussions

  • Share the ministry and resources of BSCLN

  • Provide a resource table featuring books, materials, and information about our free cohorts and other ministry resources

  • Meet personally with pastors before, during, and after the event

 

It's About Relationships

While we're always grateful for opportunities to speak, we don't have to be on the platform to make a visit worthwhile.

Some of the best connections happen around a resource table or over a cup of coffee. If your schedule doesn't include a speaking opportunity, we'd still love the opportunity to attend, meet pastors, hear their stories, and introduce them to the encouragement, resources, and relationships available through BSCLN.

 

There Is No Cost

There is no fee or honorarium for BSCLN to attend.  Serving pastors is why we're here. If your event is already covering travel expenses for guests, that is certainly appreciated, but it is never expected and should never keep us from exploring ways to serve together.

 

A Growing Ministry

While Executive Director Jamie Reynolds currently represents BSCLN at most events, there may be occasions when another member of our leadership team or Board of Directors is available to represent the Network. These men are experienced bivocational pastors who share our commitment to encouraging and equipping pastors. If Jamie is unavailable for your event, we'll do our best to connect you with another trusted representative whenever possible.

 

Let's Work Together

BSCLN exists to come alongside local associations, state conventions, churches, and other ministry partners—not to replace or compete with them. We believe we can accomplish far more together than we ever could alone.
